3. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Our services are provided by licensed psychologists for diagnostic and evaluative purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, diagnoses, or accommodations. Results are based on professional judgment and standardized tools.

PES is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services. All evaluations are confidential except as required by law.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Fees are due at the time of service or as agreed. Cancellations require 24 hours notice; late cancellations or no-shows may incur full fees. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and certain insurance plans.
