Our Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CDE) synthesize interviews, standardized testing, observations, and records review to deliver accurate diagnoses and practical, strengths-based recommendations for school, work, and daily life.
A CDE is a deep, whole-person evaluation that clarifies learning, attention, emotional, behavioral, or developmental concerns—and translates findings into an actionable plan. We evaluate children, teens, college students, and adults seeking clarity for school, work, or life.
We work with families using scholarships (e.g., Step Up For Students/unique abilities) and can tailor documentation for schools, testing boards, and employers.
We review concerns, goals, and history; gather records (school reports, prior evals, medical notes); and tailor the plan.
Standardized testing, rating scales, and clinical interviews (with caregiver/student as appropriate). Telehealth and in-person options available.
We integrate data into a clear, culturally-responsive report with diagnoses (when indicated) and targeted recommendations.
We meet to explain results, answer questions, and map a practical plan—school supports, therapies, accommodations, and referrals.
Plain-language summary, test results, diagnoses (when appropriate), and individualized recommendations.
IEP/504 input, letters for disability services, and guidance for standardized testing accommodations.
Step-by-step supports for home, school, or work—therapy, coaching, strategies, and referrals.
